At Team Happy Husband, we believe clarity builds trust. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Fulfillment Partner

All products sold through Team Happy Husband are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Printful. Because items are custom-produced per order, returns and refunds are limited and subject to the guidelines outlined below.


2. Return Eligibility Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period cannot be reviewed.


3. Items Eligible for Return or Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only in the following situations:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The product was misprinted or differs substantially from the original order

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Approved claims will result in one of the following, at our discretion:

  • A replacement item
  • A refund to the original payment method

4. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Because all apparel is made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Preference changes (style, color, fit, or feel)
  • Items ordered correctly but no longer wanted

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Size charts are provided on each product page to assist with sizing decisions.


5. Size & Fit Responsibility

Please review size charts carefully before placing your order. Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size are not eligible for return or exchange
  • We are unable to offer free replacements or refunds for sizing errors

This policy helps us keep prices fair and operations sustainable.


6. Condition of Returned Items

Approved returns must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery will not be accepted.


7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or error

Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.


8. Third-Party Guidelines

While Team Happy Husband reviews and approves return requests, all fulfillment, production, and logistics follow Printful’s policies. You can review Printful’s guidelines here:

9. Avoiding Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us first with any concerns. Our goal is to resolve issues fairly and transparently. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution.
